Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our pre-approval or rates form, or contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- What you are looking to do (buy, refinance or take out home equity), your timeline, the price range and location of the home, and whether you are working with a real estate agent
- Financial details you choose to share, such as estimated income, down payment or credit range
- Anything else you write in a message to us
Our online form does not pull your credit report. If you decide to move forward with a loan application, your loan officer will ask for your permission before your credit report is pulled.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar tools for this, including analytics services such as Google Analytics.

- To review loan options with you and help you apply with a lender

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Lenders. Gillors is a mortgage broker, not a lender. If you choose to apply, we share your information with the third-party lenders who review and make decisions on your loan.
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as website hosting, email, application software, credit reporting and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, regulators or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Gillors, our clients or others.
- Business changes. If Gillors is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
If you apply for a loan, you will also receive a separate privacy notice that explains how your financial information is handled under federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act).
Text messages and calls
